Frame & Picture Shoppe celebrated its 14th Anniversary in 2010. Kimberley Breil, CPF, has been framing for 26 years. Kimberley is a member
of the Professional Picture Framer's Association where she became a judge in 2001 for the New
England Chapter, and is an Accredited Judge for International Framing Competitions. She is also a member of the American Craft Council and Embroiderer's Guild of America. Kimberley was voted Valley Advocate Readers
Poll, Best of Valley in 2007, 2008, 2009 & 2011 and Best of Springfield, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2006.
Kimberley was selected as Judge for the International PRINT Framing Competition held
